And the 1Take Barcelona team have been back at Sol de Sants studio filming indie band Big Head Troubled Boy performing their song “Captain”
and even more from Barcelona (they have been working hard)… this is the second song the boys filmed with David Cevoli, this time the title track from “All Grown Up”
We only got here (Barcelona) on Saturday night and we’ve already managed to catch up with the smokin’ hot Samantha de Siena. The petite blonde from London who has been described as “a subtle mixture between the most transparent of Beth Gibbons and the most disconcerting of CatPower” (Butxaca) (phew, that’s quite a lot to live up to) arrived in Barcelona three years ago to pursue her dreams and has never left… We joined her and her extremely talented band in the Sol de Sants studio to film them performing ‘Horizon’, one of the tracks of Samantha’s debut album ‘Here Inside’. The video should be up and ready by the end of this week so keep an eye out for it… and in the meantime, check out this video to hear Samantha’s “evocative and beautifully unusual voice” (El Periodico) for yourself…
